Cecilia Hughes has been working for Trident Engineering since she was hired nearly ten years ago. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance and Organizational Management from the Forbes School of Business, graduated Summa Cum Laude, and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society, and Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society.
Ms. Hughes is a seasoned operations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading business operations, financial management, and corporate governance across complex organizations. As Vice President of Operations for Trident Engineering Associates, Inc., she aligns operational strategy with financial performance, ensures compliance, and supports executive and Board-level decision-making. She oversees budgeting, forecasting, accounting, payroll, tax coordination, and internal controls, while implementing systems that enhance efficiency and scalability. As Corporate Secretary, she maintains governance integrity, managing board records, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Hughes is recognized for building structured, accountable systems that streamline workflows and strengthen organizational performance. She also leads employee benefits, insurance administration, IT systems, and vendor management. Her leadership extends to evidence management operations, ensuring chain-of-custody compliance, documentation integrity, and secure handling processes.
