• Conducted over 3,000 fire investigations during twenty years with the Baltimore Police Department’s Arson/Bomb Unit and Auto-Theft Unit. Duties included origin and cause investigations of accidental, incendiary, automobile, fatal, and multi-alarm fires and explosions within the City of Baltimore. These investigation led to deposition and testimony in Federal, Criminal, District, Juvenile, and Civil Courts as a Qualified Expert in the field of Arson and Explosives.
